Mindy was born and raised the Syracuse area before moving to North Carolina to pursue her career in Hospitality. While studying at RCCC in Charlotte, NC, Mindy worked through the ranks of Beverage Management and most recently opened the premier steakhouse for the Ritz Carlton as the Wine Director/Assistant General Manager. After 17 years South, Mindy returned home to raise her daughter with husband Mark. In 2019, Mindy came to The Wolak Group and is eager to implement her methods of training and to offer that “wow” factor to raise the bar in customer service. 

In Mindy’s off time, she enjoys spending time with her husband doing DIY projects and gardening with her daughter. Mindy has a passion for music and can name most songs or artists from the 70-90s in a note or two.
