The Wolak Group is very excited to announce that for the first time we will be offering an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and a telehealth option for ALL employees who have been with us for at least 30 days at NO cost to the employees. In addition, an employee’s family members are also eligible for the telehealth services at NO cost. These benefits apply even if employees are not enrolled in any of the medical plans offered by The Wolak Group. In designing our benefit programs this year, it was important to us to find some healthcare options for our employees as we understand the challenges our employees are facing everyday due to COVID-19.
EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Through EAP all employees have access to support, resources, and information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, when they or their dependents are facing emotional, financial, legal, or other concerns, all at no cost.
Teladoc gives employees and their dependents 24/7 access to US board-certified doctors for phone, video, or mobile-app visits. Teladoc doctors can treat cold & flu symptoms, allergies, ear infections, sinus problems, skin problems or rashes, and many other conditions or symptoms. They can even call in prescriptions to a local pharmacy if necessary.
HARVARD PILGRIM – FITNESS REIMBURSEMENT
Employees who enroll in medical coverage through Harvard Pilgrim are eligible to receive up to $150 reimbursement for fees paid toward a fitness facility or other qualified membership.
HARVARD PILGRIM – REDUCE MY COST
Employees and enrolled family members have an opportunity to save on outpatient tests and procedures, and also earn cash rewards. Employees can call a toll-free line to speak with a nurse about qualified services ordered by a doctor. Examples include lab work, radiology, colonoscopies, and some outpatient surgeries. The nurse will locate the lowest cost provider option in the area, and if chosen to have services done at that low-cost facility, employees may not only pay lower claims costs, but also can receive a reward of up to $75.
