Charee was born in the Bronx in NY and spent the first few years in NY & NJ until moving to Utica during high school, where she resides with her husband Greg and their 3 children.

Charee’s first job as a teen was in food service. She returned to the QSR world in 2010 as a part-time Crew Member, quickly climbing the ladder to Shift Leader, Assistant Manager, and Restaurant Manager within 18 months.  Once Charee became a Training store RM, her passion for teaching was ignited. This lead her to almost a decade of being a Field Learning Manager, winning multiple recognition awards, and partnering frequently with Dunkin Brand operators to achieve Training Excellence. 

Charee is a total sports mom and wife, rooting her children on from the sidelines till she’s hoarse. She roots for her favorite basketball and football teams with her husband. GO BILLS!  Traveling with friends rounds out her free time. 

Unique fact- Charee believes a good hat can take a look from a 7 to a 10!
