Jim joined The Wolak Group in June of 2018 as an Area Manager in Maine.  In July of 2019, he became the Director of Operations for Maine and New Hampshire.  With 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Jim has a passion for development, mentoring leaders, and motivating individuals to reach their maximum potential. 

Jim was born on December 10th in Biddeford, Maine and graduated from Kennebunk High School in 1998. He appreciates the value of family and has three daughters who he adores and spends his downtime with.
