Darlene was born and raised in Oswego, NY.  She worked in various restaurants and in the grocery store industry before joining The Wolak Group as a baker in the Oswego location.  Darlene moved into store management in 2005 and became a multi-unit manager in 2006.  She continued to progress to Director of Operations in 2014.  Darlene is currently the Executive Director of Operating Systems and Staff Support which allows her to utilize her operational knowledge in coordination with other departments to share knowledge and increase efficiency and communication flow.

Darlene enjoys spending time with her husband Tim as well as family and friends.  She is an avid reader, enjoys camping, and loves to play card and board games.
